The cheaper area regarding accommodation is the Adabraka district, where there are several hostels not at all expensive. Date Hotel, for instance, in Adama Rd, offers large aired rooms, with clean toilet and a very good restaurant. The terrace bar is also okay. Rooms start from 4$ each. You couldn't find any better.
